            This fruit becomes favourite especially when the summer comes. It is because  sweet taste, as well as juicy fruit. In Indonesia, the fruit also becomes an idol, especially during the dry season. Watermelon is a Fruit that has the scientific name Citrullus lanatus contains a lot of benefits that can not be underestimated ..

1.     Preventing from Free Radicals
Watermelon is rich in water which is very beneficial for the body. Especially it can counteract free radicals, because the content of  lycopene that is very useful to maintain imnunity to avoid infection from outside.

2.     Maintainingfresh Skin
watermelon contains useful nutrients for the skin. So as to maintain and rejuvenate the skin. Consuming watermelon regularly can make your skin look fresh.

3.      Overcoming an Acne
Acne disturbs appearance and makes us less confidence. Everyone wants to have smooth skin. One way to maintain the health of the face to avoid acne is to do therapy watermelon. After doing some actifities, a face becomes full of dirt due to pollution and dirt in the air, one way to clean the face is with  watermelon. take water from watermelon juice. Then wipe the watermelon water using cotton on your face. Wait for 15 minutes, rinse with clean water. Your face will look  fresh and clean.

4.     Maintain Immunity
Immunity or immune system will rise and fall according to the conditions even for extreme weather. Watermelon is rich in vitamin C. Vitamin C is very useful for keeping the immune system, so you are not easily hurt.

5.      Nourish your bones
Watermelon is rich in potassium that is very useful to help the absorption of calcium in the body. Therefore eating watermelon regularly can maintain bone health.

6.      Reducing Fat
The accumulation of fat will disturb youself. Watermelon may be a menu of your diet. Because watermelon contains citruline that is able to reduce fat in the body.

7.     Maintaining our  Kidney
Kidney is one of the most important organs of the body. Because renal excretion or removing waste that is not needed by the body through the urine. Watermelon contains a lot of water, therefore watermelon can expedite the flow of water in the kidneys, so it can  help the excretion processes in the body.
